Traveling from Samui to Phuket
Traveling by bus is so much cheaper than taking the plane – it costs just 450 THB and this price includes trip by ferry and bus. This combined journey (bus + ferry from Samui to Phuket) takes approximately 7 hours 30 minutes. Firstly, the bus departs from Samui Bus Terminal. Then, it arrives at Nathorn Pier from there passengers must board the ferry to Surat Thani’s Donsak Pier. Upon arrival to Donsak Pier, passengers will then board the bus and head directly to Phuket Bus Terminal. And just that getting from Samui to Phuket is relatively easy!
